Welcome to Minnesota Amateur Boxing Website

Welcome to Minnesota's Amateur Boxing website. This website was developed and managed by the LBC Board of Directors. We, the LBC Board of Directors, are hoping to open up the lines of communication with all those involved in the sport of Amateur Boxing in our state. We welcome any ideas you may have regarding the website. It is still a work in progress but at least it's a beginning and the best is yet to come.

On the website you will find information about upcoming Amateur Boxing shows and tournaments and clinics. You will also find contact information of registered boxing gyms in the state of Minnesota. That page may take awhile to complete, but we will get it down and do our best to keep it updated.

We will evenutually add pictures from shows and tournaments that took place in Minnesota. We are hoping we can highlight an Official, Coach and Athlete each month on the website too. Another great thing about the website is the various links to USA Boxing's website and a direct link to the USA Boxing Rule Book. Finally, we have a blog page. This is where you can find various information regarding Amateur Boxing, such as detailed information about a particular rule, coaching techniques that a coach may want to share with others, and so forth.

We are very excited about the website and we hope that everyone will utilize the website, share the website, and give positive, respectful feedback. We also welcome volunteers to do stories on an athele, coach, official, doctor, gym or so forth. Even if someone wanted to write a blog for the website please feel free to do so.
